Choose from 30 single- or double-bed rooms, each with their own back balcony or patio overlooking a bubbling stream. Our special single King bedrooms are a favorite for couples, and you can’t go wrong with a cozy double Queen for family vacations. There’s plenty of parking space (it’s the countryside!), so bring your trailer, RV, or motorbike. The Cumberland Gap Inn is here for your needs with two spacious handicap rooms on the bottom floor for easy access and comfort.
For the romance seekers, ask about our famous Pinnacle Suite—the double-sized, ultimate-experience accommodation. This suite is our prized room, with a Super-king sized canopy bed, vanity, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, a huge arched window, and a kitchenette.

Ask about our special rates for contractors and crew. Depending on the season, contractor rates may range from $55 to $65 a night for groups staying 5 or more days.

We pride ourselves on being affordable without sacrificing quality. Rates normally range from $79.99 to $89.99. These rates may be affected by season—call for more info.
Handicapped Rooms
The hotel has two handicapped rooms available at the ground level of the hotel. It is fully accessible to all handicap. Please note that these two rooms have One King size bed and the both are non-smoking room. There is no additional bed in the room. For detail please contact hotel.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, we require 48 hours notice before the date of your check in. Our waitlist is usually full—so to be fair to all guests waiting to experience the CG Inn, we have a no refund policy.
